Our publishing division is in charge of publishing the Korean edition and English edition of Newsweek, National Geographic, and Reader’s Digest as well as the Random House Korean-English Dictionary. YBM is the official test administrator of the TOEIC exam in Korea and the Microsoft Office User Specialist exam. YBM generates over $420 million US dollars in revenue per year. Qualifications: You must be a native speaker of English with just a minimum of a B.A. in any field and hold a valid passport. Experience is not necessary. Benefits you receive while working at a company-owned ECC: -Salary of 2.0 million won and up / month ($2050 -$2450 US dollars) ($2080 -$2500 CAD dollars) (depending on education and experience) -Guaranteed contracts; you will always be paid on time and in full by our head office in Seoul -Only 26 teaching hours a week Monday to Friday (far less than our competitors who usually require 30 teaching hours a week) -Prepaid “e-tickets” to Korea and return tickets upon completion of the contract. -Rent free furnished private housing near the school (bed, refrigerator, washer, gas range, TV, air conditioner, tables and chairs) -Relocation allowance 200,000 won ($205 US dollars) -Visa Fee Subsidy 50,000 won ($52 US dollars) -Korean National Medical Insurance -Pension tax refund for Canadian and American teachers (you get 9% of your income back when you go back to your country, around $2000 US dollars) -Year-end completion bonus (extra 1 months salary) To apply for a great position at YBM ECC: Forward the following items by email to YBM Education Head Office 1. We offer 5 full days of paid training and orientation at our Head Office from a professional teacher trainer.
